A. Just my thoughts as I read it. Concerned and exhausted seems a bit too much, perhaps chose whichever is more important? 'The whole parents thing' seems a bit juvenile, perhaps just say 'about the parents.' Even if it's a young character, I think good grammar is important. Three confused characters saying different things confuses me, could you narrow it down to one? Then I'm not sure who says 'I said one step...' and take out parenthesis. It's like saying (here's an afterthought, it's not really important). Make it important or edit it out. Put a period after snapped and capitalize the Y in you. Do people really say 'shall' anymore, or is this taking place a long time ago? I'm not sure why 'my room' is in quotation marks, do you get into… [cont.]
