Our neighbor has been terribly disrespectful, noisy and has coned and bullied the landlord into seeing only her side of it. She's telling the landlord she's stopped making lots of noise and stopped having wild parties, which she hasn't. Under investigation we found proof that the neighbor is actually a professional con artist. She even manipulates wealthy men for money. Can anyone highlight important points to remember when dealing with someone like this? Can you say anything about the regular practices of con artists?
